The Cash Collection Coordinator is responsible for performing collection actions in accordance with Company’s policies & procedures. He/she is reporting to Accounts Receivable Manager as a team member of Billing and Collection Team.

PeopleDoc SAS is looking for a Financial Analyst Intern to join our growing Finance team in Paris for at least 6 months, ideally 12 months. The Financial analyst intern is in charge of creating, updating, and maintaining financial models and detailed forecasts of the company’s future operations. They are also involved in comparison analysis of historical results against budgets and forecasts (costs analysis per department, revenue analysis per type of revenue, source of revenue, bookings transformation analysis). He/she performs variance analysis to explain differences in performance and make improvements going forward.
The Implementation Project Manager is a part of the French Operations team. He or she will be in charge of the implementation of our solutions, driving Customers. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years’ experience in project management, ideally in the implementation of HR dedicated IT solutions. He or she will also have good technical skills to carry out projects with a pace of quick implementation (2-6 months on average). Experience using or implementing SaaS or in-house systems (such as ADP, Peoplesoft …) or document management systems is an advantage.

PeopleDoc Paris is looking for a Software Engineer. This challenging mission is handled by our Software Engineers in Test who build and/or set-up tools to offer the ability for development teams to automatically test their code from a technical standpoint (unit tests, performance tests, load tests, security etc...) to a more functional point of view (behavior tests, end-to-end tests etc…).
